I had intended to start this years ago but wasn't in quite the same frame of mind then. It's been a funny few years with many ups and downs but now seems to be the time when we've finally found our way
....... the Permaculture Way!
This weblog is intended only to record (largely insignificant to others) events, projects and routines in our life that contribute to our vision ...... a more self reliant lifestyle. It probably won't be a regular thing, it almost certainly won't be interactive although I'll welcome comments and followers, and I suspect there are a lot of things that could have been in here but will now probably never see the light of day. Requests to know more about our existence, how we got to where we are, why we chose where we are, about life in Bulgaria or anything else of relevance are always happily received. I'll try to respond appropriately to all comments/requests/questions posted here.
Despite everything, the events of the previous few years have made our lives richer and have helped us to reach the realisation that in fact, you really DO NOT need to be massively well-off to have a comfortable life and, regardless of past habits and skills, you can change the way you exist and co-exist with nature, your surroundings and in society.
It's time to give something back, so here goes!!
